Marketing Idea You Can Take to the BANK!

Let me give you a little background on the process of getting this out the door...

We printed the postcards through www.printingcenterusa.com (great company and service) for roughly $.23 per card. Great price and quality. You notice these are not really "traditional" postcards with a mailing address area on the back, that's because we wanted to provide the most information on the card and since it was an insert, no need for blank space.
The money bags were ordered through www.3DMailResults.com for $1.42 per bag. They have many other products to choose from with ideas on how to implement, so take a look.
The letters were printed in-house for the cost of paper and color printing .
My staff stuffed the bank bags, slapped on some labels and mailed for a shipping cost of roughly $1.51.

Total Investment: $1562.32

Total Cost per client: $3.31 (appx.)

Results: (this is the best part!!)

In just 1 week, I set 4 listing appointments at an average price of $250,000 (that's $1 Million in volume within 7 days) bringing $30,000 to the house. NOTE...that doesn't include what buyers will come after seeing our sign in the yard, if the seller will buy another home, etc.

BUT WAIT...

4 Listings + $595 Transaction Fee = $2,380 [ transaction fees MORE THAN PAID for the mailing ]

HELLO....If you are NOT charging a transaction fee, you are letting money fall through the cracks!!! Our Rock Star program has an entire section on transaction fees, listing appointment secrets and marketing tools...if you're not in Rock Star, what are you waiting for???
